The ELMM Cohort
Guided group coaching for accomplished midlife women asking what growth means now.
A 12-week guided group coaching experience for accomplished midlife women.
You may want more meaning, learning, or possibility, but not necessarily a bigger title or more responsibility.
You may be considering several paths, rediscovering work you enjoy, or simply realizing that the way you have defined success no longer fits.
What helps me feel energized, capable, and like myself, and how can I create more room for that in my life and work?

"Meeting other people and getting to hear experiences outside of my company opened my eyes to what could be possible."

What You’ll Gain
You’ll leave with:
-
Recognize the strengths, activities, relationships, and conditions that help you feel capable and like yourself.
-
Notice when strengths go into overdrive, what pulls you off course, and how to respond more intentionally.
-
Separate what is yours to examine from the workplace conditions, expectations, and systemic barriers affecting you.
-
Define the values you want your next chapter to express, in your own terms.
-
Turn uncertainty into small, sustainable experiments that generate useful real-life evidence.
-
Learn alongside accomplished women who bring thoughtful questions, honest reflection, and experiences that may help you see your own situation differently.
-
Bring your insights together into a practical guide for what to continue, what to stop carrying, what to try next, and how to protect and restore your energy.
How It Works
Across six guided group coaching sessions, you will explore what gives you energy, recognize strengths and patterns, examine the systems shaping your experience, clarify what matters now, imagine future possibilities, and design small experiments that help you learn what fits.
-

This is for you if you know you are capable but aren’t sure what you want your next stage to look like.
You may be:
Ready to grow without pursuing the next corporate title
Weighing several possible paths and needing an intelligent, honest place to think
Rediscovering work or interests you genuinely enjoy
Realizing that the version of success you have been carrying no longer fits
You do not need a fully formed plan. Curiosity about what could be different is enough.
“Cassie is a positive, realistic, and empathetic coach.
Her small-group cohort was a valuable experience where I felt seen, challenged, and connected with other STEMM women.”

FAQs
-
Plan for an average of about one to two hours per week across the 12-week experience.
The cohort includes six 90-minute live sessions held every other week, brief reflection or experimentation between sessions, and three 30-minute peer-coaching conversations.
Most between-session activities take 10–20 minutes and are designed to support your life, not become another demanding obligation.
-
No.
The value of guided group coaching depends on participants being able to speak honestly in a confidential setting. Sessions will not be recorded. You will still have access to your workbook, exercises, and supporting resources.
-
The cohort works best when you can attend all six sessions, but life happens. If you miss one, you can use the workbook and supporting materials to explore the session’s central questions independently.
You can also reconnect with a peer to hear the themes that emerged, while respecting the confidentiality of what others shared.
-
Future cohorts may cover similar themes, but the experience continues to evolve and no future schedule or identical curriculum is guaranteed. If this cohort feels aligned but the dates do not work, join the interest list to hear when the next opportunity opens.
-
Yes.
Confidentiality is a shared commitment. Everyone agrees not to repeat another participant’s personal experiences or identifying information outside the cohort. Sessions are not recorded, and participants choose what and how much they want to share. While no group setting can offer an absolute legal guarantee of confidentiality, we will establish clear expectations designed to create a respectful and trusted coaching space.
-
Yes.
Many employers have professional development, leadership, learning, or employee-resource-group funds that may cover guided group coaching. ELMM can provide an invoice, receipt, and program description for you to share with your manager or benefits team.
-
Yes.
You do not need a fully formed goal, career plan, or decision before joining. The cohort is designed for accomplished midlife women who know something may need to evolve but are still exploring what growth means now.
You will have structured reflection, guided coaching, peer perspective, and small experiments to help you see your options more clearly without committing prematurely to one path.
