For mid-career professionals rethinking what success looks like and how they want to move forward.
Your intentional movement starts here.
Because growth is better when it’s shared.
A small-group coaching experience for women and working parents navigating mid-career decisions and change.

How It Works
Each ELMM Cohort is a 12-week small-group coaching experience within a larger ongoing community.
We combine group coaching, peer-to-peer coaching, and positive psychology practices to help you better understand your patterns, clarify what matters most, and take meaningful action.
-
You won’t just learn concepts. You’ll apply them in real time through guided reflection, conversation, and feedback from both the group and a certified executive coach.
Over time, this creates practical, repeatable change so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

“Cassie is a positive, realistic, and empathetic coach.
Her small-group cohort was a valuable experience where I felt seen, challenged, and connected with other STEM women. It was the right amount of effort, connection, and time commitment.
I looked forward to the meetings!”

FAQs
-
Everything is designed for busy people. You can expect:
90-minute live sessions every other week
10–20 minutes between sessions for reflection and optional exercises
Three 30-minute peer coaching conversations over the 12 weeks, scheduled at times that work for both of you
-
Live participation is strongly encouraged, as the value comes from real-time conversation and connection.
That said, sessions are recorded and shared with the group so you can revisit content or catch up if needed.
-
No worries. You’ll have access to the recording, and the structure of the cohort is designed so you can re-engage without falling behind. Many participants find that even if they miss a session, they’re able to stay connected through reflection and peer conversations.
-
The core structure and themes stay consistent, but each cohort is shaped by the people in the room.
That means the conversations, examples, and insights are always evolving. No two cohorts feel exactly the same.
-
Yes.
We set clear expectations around confidentiality at the start of the cohort to create a space where people can share openly and honestly. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
-

If cost is a consideration, we can talk through options together.
-

The process is designed to help you step back, understand what matters most in this season, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. You don’t need a fully formed plan to get started.
