Fall Cohort
-
ELMM Coaching cohorts are designed for accomplished, curious, possibly overstretched mid-career women.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll connect, learn, and experience meaningful peer-to-peer coaching.
-
Do you want more meaning, learning, or possibility, but not necessarily a bigger title or more responsibility?
Are you considering several paths, rediscovering work you enjoy, or realizing that the way you have defined success no longer fits?
If your answer is yes, maybe, or sorta, this cohort may be for you.
-
We meet virtually twice a month for 12 weeks. The Fall Cohort runs on Tuesdays from October 6 through December 15.
Conversations are guided by an ICF-certified coach, with engaging content, peer-to-peer coaching, and space for the cohort to learn and grow together.
ELMM Coaching is committed to equitable access. If cost is a barrier, you’re invited to apply for a scholarship.

Cassie Leonard’s Signature Talks
Beyond the Leaky Pipeline
Through stories, data, and systems thinking, this talk explores the forces shaping women’s careers in STEMM and challenges the idea that women simply “leak” out.
-
After hearing Cassie speak, your audience will:
Understand why things can feel “off,” even when everything looks right
See how their own story shapes their influence and decisions
Leave with practical language and tools to move forward with clarity
-
Audiences gain new language for recognizing hidden friction, redefining success, and creating wider pathways for experienced professionals to stay and grow.
The Value Equation
This talk introduces an engineer’s framework for navigating difficult career decisions.
-
A completed first-pass Value Equation for a career decision they are currently facing
A repeatable method for comparing career opportunities and tradeoffs
A method for identifying the values and non-negotiable costs behind a decision
A shared vocabulary for articulating the variables, tradeoffs, and risks in a difficult decision
-
Audiences learn a repeatable process for evaluating an opportunity’s value, effort, tradeoffs, risks, and alignment with what matters most.

Beyond the Pipeline
Redefining Value, Success, and the Future of Women in STEMM—Together
Women don’t quit. We pivot.
Beyond the Pipeline dismantles the outdated myth that women in STEMM simply “leak” from the system. Instead, this powerful collection explores the systemic pressures that drive talented women to confront the question:
Do I stay, or do I go?
“Reading Beyond the Pipeline felt like someone finally put words to what so many of us have lived.”
– KARA BRANCH, Chemical Engineer, Founder and CEO, Black Girls Do Engineer
“It's great to be reminded how much of my parenting project management crosses over into leadership skills at work.”
– JILL S., Mechanical Engineer & Working Parent
